RETURN and EXCHANGE POLICY

If you have changed your mind about your order or are not satisfied with an item purchased. Please get in touch with us via email at kinzaexclusive@gmail.com for the exchange procedure.

WHAT IS OUR RETURN & REFUND POLICY?

  • Please take note to allow 18 WORKING DAYS to process RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
  • Returns/refunds/exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your order/s.
  • No returns or exchanges for sale items.
  • We do not offer returns or refunds for international orders
  • Returned item/s must be unworn, unstained, unwashed, unaltered, and with tags attached. Upon receipt of returned item/s, we reserve the right to deny return/refund if the items do not meet the policy requirements
  • Any item/s we receive that are worn, stained, washed, altered, and without tags can be returned back to you if you wish and at your own cost
  • Refunds will be made with store credit at the same value as your returned item/s
  • Returns and exchanges are handled by TresGo during peak season, our official fulfillment service provider
  • Returns and exchanges after peak season are to be arranged by the courier company of your choice and at your own cost

  To return/exchange/refund item/s, contact us through WhatsApp or email us for our review. Once approved, we will contact you with further instructions and information for the return/exchange/refund


EXCHANGES

  • No returns or exchanges for sale items
  • We do not offer exchanges for international orders
  • We offer exchanges for sizes of the same design
  • For any other exchanges or if your size is unavailable, we will provide you any suitable item with same price.

  • Refunds will be made with store credit at the same value of your returned item/s
  • Once we receive your return, we will send you the detail.

  • Returns rates:
    • West Malaysia
      • 0kg – 5kg: RM10
      • 5kg – 10kg: RM14.50
      • 10kg – 15kg: RM20
    • East Malaysia
      • 1st kg: RM11
      • Subsequent kg: RM12
    • Returns rates do not have any handling and fuel surcharges. Delivery rates are charged on actual weight or volumetric weight (whichever is higher)
  • Please allow 5 – 7 working days for item/s to be returned to TresGo, and 7-10 days for exchange to be delivered back to you
